while i do agree this is a good way to save weight without exposing all wirings and looking like a POS, but to think pwjdm is guna sell these for thousands (which im almost certain will be), really isn't worth it.
i guess great minds dont think alike..

your right the entire carbon piece might cost more than your car... but then again GTR owner doesnt seem to have any problem spending the money... well i guess thats the difference between you and most of the GTR owners.......

Cant believe all the negativity about this R35 rear seat, the first thing the came to mind was save weight while looking subtle.. I think they're a great idea, if you got a disposable income why not!! Lighter car means good on fuel too..

Who are you people?

I thought the GT-R products are great. Rear seat delete is genius and great looking. Never thought about the carpet replaced by the CF panels, but they are also really cool and innovative. Can't wait to see how much total weight they can lose from the car with all the CF panels.

And about the CF seat... hello, have none of you ever seen an all-aluminum racing seat before? A cf molded seat is not that uncomfortable. Besides, it's for racing. That's the point of these products, sacrificing comfort for speed without looking like a POS. Like was said earlier, what's ricer is stripping the back seats and carpet out of your new GTR to make it a little bit faster LOL.

in racing, drivers have seats that are molded to the shape of their body. you will sometimes see professional racers going from pit to pit with a briefcase in one hand and a seat molded to the shape of their body so that if a team driver gets injured, he can get lucky and be the replacement driver right on the spot

cf seats are nothing new.
they've been around for awhile. but that's not the problem here. the problem here is: is this a replica without FIA and/or is there any ergonomics research put into it.
