How to Embarrass a Ferrari in Your S2000

When we were taking photos, there was this giant hole in one of those trees and the entire base of it was hollowed out. I could have had a mini tea party in there! It was amazing! I don't think we took a photo of that but it was massive!
While we were leaving the redwood area, the trees were moving in the wind and knocking into each other, making this weird thumping sound. The OP and I looked up with such puzzled expressions on our faces before we figured out what it was! Haha!
This is the only photo I have of -my- car in the redwoods. It's not as vertical as the OP's so you can't quite see how tall they are.
I'm really trying to give this thread what it needs (pictures, videos, etc). I really don't mind if people take offense to my sense of humor, that's besides the point. People need to be more mature and post videos and pictures of what they think an embarrassing car-related pics/videos are like, if they don't like mine. Flaming is so pointless, and so many people have said the same thing over and over again.
Here's two of my favorite pics taken during a breaks from our local California s2ki meets last year. I promise NO ONE drove over the speed limit, or passed a tourist the entire drive. Not a single one. (Sarcasm alert for flamers who don't appreciate subtle humor)

It's easy to come waltzing in this topic with flamethrowers on high, but after looking back, I'm sure a lot of us are guilty for some sort of reckless driving at one point. Many of us are guilty for taking our cars above 100MPH on a public road; (despite how "safe" it is, which is what the OP is arguing also.) Many of us are also guilty for mountain carving as well which is dangerous even if we aren't crossing double yellow lines.
I remember a year before owning my S2000 and entering the tuning scene, I wanted to go check out a nice view of the Bay Area with my friends at a vista point. We were just driving up the mountain rather slowly and minding our own business until about 7 S2000's came up and overtook us using the opposite lane. The straights are short along that specific road and all of them wanted to keep up with each their friends and a few of them were overtaking us in the corners which was absolutely dangerous. It's easy to pretend to be a completely paragon and free of guilt on a forum, but many of us are responsible for the new image the S2000 is receiving ourselves.

Honest & Reasonable
Oh man I've gone through buckets of popcorn watching this thread, haha.
First off, I've driven with the OP and witnessed a level of skill, control, and responsibility that's better appreciated in person than by video. I enjoyed the video and didn't take it too seriously. Props for posting it up for our entertainment. Beautiful pics of the redwoods as well!
I understand the arguments against reckless driving, ricer flybys, etc, but the personal attacks are just out of line. And the judgemental attitude, some coming from hypocrites that drive recklessly themselves I imagine, is more immature than mocking the testicular fortitude of Ferrari owners.
What's important to note is that each driver should remain within their comfort zone. And every driver's comfort zone is different. This is where the OP has an advantage, having grown up on these local roads and using that familiarity to his benefit. The Ferarri owner has an advantage in level of hardware (although 3200lbs of rear-biased weight and ~500hp isn't well suited for tight twisties), but he probably doesn't have the same comfort level on these roads, causing him to back off earlier.
Thanks eklipz98 and DrisanaRM for shooting/editing/posting the vid. Looking forward to driving with you again!

They were nice macro pics, don't get me wrong. But my point still stands: promoting illegal drugs (in your state) and then linking it to your s2ki profile doesn't really seem too wise to me. But that's just one man's opinion. Just like the rest of us, you need to think about how your profile reflects on the community Mr.

It looks kinda strange with the fake vents painted yellow. Any reason why they were painted instead of being left black? And if they were done before you bought it, any plans to fix it? I'd like to see more pics of the s with a gigantic tree next to it.

So much hate in here.
