Looks awesome to me. Front lip is SICK. I'm not totally sold on the eyelids though. Not sure what else isn't stock...but the car as a whole looks amazing.

Thats kind of disappointing , Schnitzer definitely makes nicer products than that for the E46. The back is ok, but the front is nasty with that grill. I'm not a fan of Type IV's either, I always like the type III's.
