He probably hit it with the bat, but that "thunk" was probably not as satisfying as the sound of shattering glass.

 

Unfortunately he's going to need a new softtop since you can't replace just the glass.... Poor S...

Im so worried about this happening to my S everytime i part it here at school.... that really sucks dude. Take him for everything you possibly can. If AutoX season wasnt mid semester i probably would keep the S at home but i cant miss a race ;-)

 

Here might be the one and only situation where a plastic rear window would have been nicer than glass!

You can't get just the glass put in? That's hard for me to believe. Especially with all the totalled S2000s around, surely someone could track down a mangled roof with a good piece of glass. Even if you swap it yourself at least you're saving thousands of dollars.
