Luder - You are correct that if this was a race car or a car that was going to see alot of track time then having a rigid piece is needed. I speculate that 90% of these cars in the US that have the real bumper rarely see the track and are basically going for the look. That is where the urethane steps up to the task. If you accidently bump a parking curb you wouldn't be as worried for the bumper.

Kekoa - I agree that the real vs fake has been hashed over to much. I wanted a one piece bumper but never found one I like. So I was going to go with a real J's since I liked the looks of it and it was at least a half bumper which would be better for molding in. For my application the urethane 1 piece is better. I understand your reasons for not buying knock off deisgner clothing because I wouldn't be caught dead wearing a fake Rolex....but I also wouldn't strap a real one to the front of my car

I can't believe the you guys would actually come onto a BOARD SPONSORS thread and talk sh*t about their product. First of all, if you want to spend thousands for authentic JDM, go right ahead. You don't see people comment on the y'all wasting money. The real vs clone is dead hose, just put it to rest. BUT, the lack of basic common friggin courtesy is amazing. If you don't like his products, fine....don't buy them. But, to come on his thread and slam them shows a COMPLETE lack of class.
Kekoa- you're a guest i.e you don't pay for sh*t. You're basically mooching on this site. Brandon pays good money to be a sponsor and those fees keep this site going, so we can have a place to discuss car topics, organize meets, buy fake stuff, etc. Think about that. Put your money where your mouth is and pay to be a member or zip your lip. You've got about zero room to talk, first with having a fake hood and then having the gaul to slam a fake bumper and second, being a MOOCH and slamming a paying sponsor.
PowersS2000- not everyone cares about JDM....GET OVER IT. You really need to get some manners.

Having owned a J's Front Lip before, all i can say is...
If this came out any earlier, I would probably be all over this.
If the fitment and finish is of high standards, then you should have a best seller! Good luck.

Brandon.....hurry up and get one of these "knock-offs" painted and mounted so everyone can go "ooooohhhh" and "ahhhhhh" and forget about the non-sense authentic J's line that goes across the bumper.........

BTW, if I hadn't already gotten the J's, I'd be all over this full eurathane cover. However, on my black car, I don't notice the line all that much. To me, on the black car, it adds a little character. Now on the white, yellow, and silver racers I've seen in pics from Japan, I don't care much for the line. It's too noticeable. I won't call it ugly, but it is right out there for everyone to see.
