Does the carbon fiber intake box goes over the OEM cover or it replaces it entirely?

Does the AUT Colling plate hit the hood any? Do you have to raise the latch on your hood?

I HATE how my hood is off a bit having to raise the latch because of my last intake.

 

here's mine.
AUT as well and AUT Airbox Cover, it just sits on the airbox lid, it's NOT replaced at all.
The cooling plate doesn't hit the hood anywhere.

Great. Just orderd one! Going to be using it with the CT Engenering Intake. Looks like the AUT comes out a bit to the right of the coverd CT box but ah well.

Tired of stuff hitting the hood and making the hood fit like ass.

 

What kind of difference do you guys see from these?

So I got my CT Intake on today and the AUT cooling plate does not fit with the CT. I may cut it with a drimmel a little bit or sell it. Not sure how cutting CF is. May splinter.

 

Why did you get the AUT cooling plate if you have a CT intake?? Makes no sense. That intake is in an icebox already and obviously won't work with this cooling plate....
