So what if it leans toward the "glow" crowd? The mod is tight.

I think sometimes people get too hung up with what others think. Fact is, neon intrigues people regardless if you like it or not. I hope I can get the etching I want done(haven't searched hard yet)- Maltese cross representing the fire fighting profession.

Guys, your screens look outstanding!!!

I can't resist quoting the move: "Cannonball Run."

I agree 100% man

The screen itself takes some getting used to when looking in the rear view but aside from that it doesn't obstruct your view. Once you've learned to ignore it when lookin in the rear view you'll never notice its there. This past weekend I didn't even notice it (Ok I noticed it, but it wasn't bothersome to me like it ws at first). Guess I've learned to just not focus on it when scanning my rear-view

It's no different than any other mod within eyeshot range. Imagine what people go through when first using a heads up display...after a few days of use, though, they just don't notice it's there.

I installed my windscreen last night with some suggestions from W1ngman. I tapped into the wire in the door sill (white/ black strip/silver spots) for the brake light. I tapped into the rear taillights also in the door sill (red/black strip/ silver spots) there is a ground wire behind the plastic rear corner panel behind the driver's side seat. I hope this is helpful?

need help!

after you drill the hole into the lid and bring the phone wire down into the secret compartment... how did you get it to go into the back panel? did you have to drill another hole into the side of the compartment?

thanks

You got it...you may even want to put a small grommet on the hole, but I consider it a nicety reather than a necessity.
