thats what I was thinking also, ill probably do that. Also its no longer has that foil like tape either. I found some black pipe wrap I found at ACE Hardware and it already looks alot nicer. Ill try to take some pics later on. And just so everyone knows this is not permanent! I just wanted to see how it would turn out and so I can have something a little different until I have some money to afford a nicer intake.

be interesting to see if it actually made a hp differance, but we'll never know.

i know that honda did a pretty good job making it so that air flowed up through the old one, once moving, so it would be interesting to see.

i know on preludes anyway that the regular cold air intakes do better on the dyno ,but when the car is actually moving the stock is bettewr cause of the way the car is built to channel the air.

either way it looks like you had fun, ad the butt never lies... well maybe?

if you dont have the money for nice, genuine parts, do not change the stock parts. this goes for all cars, but especially a high end car like the S2. "to each his own" only goes so far. my two cents, ghey.

looks like u made it urself put back your oem parts. if you cant afford to mod the car the right way leave it stock. its not a civic where you can spray paint your stocks and it would look mad tight.

props on making it, but looks ghetto

Make sure to post pics when you've got it all done though, as that elbow with tin foil is really making it look ghetto.
