Default Mantis Shrimp Photos

We got our mantis shrimp today and I snapped some photos. I figured I would share them.

Creepy, eh?

Beautiful little critter. Be very careful handling them. Their front claws can hit with the force of a .22 bullet and do some real damage. I've seen them break aquarium glass more than once.
