Damn Jetyl, I didn't mean to come off sounding the way I did. I read the responses from my post then went back and read my post. I concur, I did come off sounding a little condescending. That's not what I exactly intended to do. I'm not in support of the modification you did even though the car looks good. I was merely suggesting what I thought would be a better path to take when modifying such a track oriented car.

From the looks of your other cars, you definetly know how to tune cars nicely, so my opinion is just that. The CR is awesome and best in GPW. Congrats and to you for buying the best car Honda has made. I'm jealous you have one and I want it even if it comes with sub par springs IMO.

I sure hope to see more of your car and don't feel discouraged about peoples critiques or critism on this forum. I also kinda like the Saleenish strips, I'd suggest dropping them at sometime and trying the fender strips that Ron Fellows edition Z06's come with, I've always thought they looked hot. Maybe with a Honda twist, like the red/black/gold strip over the fender.

Again, sorry to come off as and ass or know it all, the car looks great and I'm sure still performs pretty well. Bet it looks bad ass being towed behind your monster truck on the way to the track!

The stripes are actually just a preliminary piece to prototype a graphic that we are creating with the stripes as the base.

I actually produced the stripes you speak of on the fenders (also blacked out the rear section of his trunk) for a friend of mine on his modified GTO and they look real nice.

I actually got the idea of my stripes from an older (2003ish) Best Motoring Touge Battle Vid and they were on one of the cars. I decided that I'd cut them out to see how they would look and I actually like them for now but like I said they will be changed

My cars, trucks, and bikes (as well as a lot of my friends rides) have always been my canvas and my vehicles never stay the same for longer than a month or two.

 

i dont like the two stripped stickers and i hate CR lips... Other than that i like it

dunno how hatred started but that's a beautiful car. I don't mind the stripes. look is all subjective. The taste of people on this forum are so brainwashed.
