I am a full ERL dealer. If anyone ever wants a motor done through ERL you should contact me. Thanks for the good words guys. I just hope I can really put down some good numbers. For those who asked, I am shooting for around 280whp. I really would like 300whp but I think I would need to bump compression up a tad more, which would really make it hard to do some other things I want to it. But you never know 300whp mark could be hit on the right fuel Timing loves Racegas!

My car is actually a 2.1L . I didnt choose to do the stroker crank. I went with a 89mm bore which raises the car upto 2.1L . My goals were to rev the car upto around 11,000 rpm. I dont believe this would be good to do on a stroker setup because of piston speed. With the right cams and with my 52mm ITbs on I think power could be made into that range. I wanted to try something a little different. If it doesnt work out the way im planning then some new rods and a stroker crank can be used. I just felt that I wanted to get more revs out of the car and stroking would only make it harder.
NICE....NOW THATS WHAT I WANNA HEAR!

It looks pretty but what's the use? I am still trying to figure out why people drop so much money into keeping the car naturally aspirated and make less power than forced induction. I know it's not for naturally aspirated being more reliable.

Maybe it's one of the those "JDM" things. In anycase, nice job on the build.
In this case its really a "to each his own" situation. I personally like all 3 ways of generating power on just about any car, however the S2000 is something to really be appreciated N/A. Any one can make serious power with turbo or S/C, thats almost a no brainer. Making substantial N/A power with an engine that comes out of the box already pushing its limits is a whole other animal. The degree of inginuity and planning as well as trial & Error that goes into the process of making solid N/A increases is TRUE Tuning at its best...plain and simple.

The S was built to give years of F1 technology & development to the consumer. It is a perfectly balanced work of art. The only things I feel that should be upgraded to improve this car to the next degree are stronger brakes, tighter suspension, and a good set of wheels and tires. Anything more is icing on the cake...

yeah getting NA power isnt a easy task. But the power once you have it and can use it is awsome.

Do we know what the highest NA car put down as far as power and torque? Is it with Itbs or a standard intake manifold?
