Added a 9 lb (4-1/2inch) pulley last week and took it to Church Automotive Testing. To make a long story short, new belt = slip. I checked it the night before but the freeway run up there stretched it. I was dropping boost after 8000 rpm.
The results: I was able to get the same 362 hp with 10 ftlbs additional torque at 500 less rpm.

i just replaced my pully and my belt is also slipping (boost drops after 8000) - I will replace the belt once i install the test pipe.

Bumped it to 13 lbs boost. 439 hp and 259 ft lbs torque with no belt slippage.

Running the IK27s now. No ping at all.

Sweet numers and a nice ride, Sean knows his stuff. I'm suprised Steve C hasn't questioned the validity of the dyno after the whole 2004 +26 hp saga.
