Yea agree with all above, with the angle that the front rim is sitting i wonder what all happened to it. There is more than one "high" ranking person at the dealership call back! When you talk to them try not to get pissed off. Be firm do not back down from what you think should be done but do not be nasty. The more calm and assertive you are about the situation the farther you are going to get with them. I know it is hard not to yell scream and get pissed off. After all this is your baby that was unwrecked. (had a clean titled prelude low miles mint condition get owned on the street by a jackass) Call a lawyer for sure and see what they think. If you are at a university they have school "lawyers" that you can meet with for free and they can give you some what of a direction to go. Good luck man!
there would be no way i would take that car back. They f***ed that car. It will never look the same after it is fixed. I would see about getting them to trade you into another s2000 and getting a huge discount. I would also try to talk to the owner of the dealership!!!!!!!
To me.. it looks like the frame could be tweaked
and from what i have heard.. they should have contacted u before shipping the car to a body shop..
I say get your lawyer..
good luck..keep us updated

As long as the frame is not damaged, your not going to get a new car and to be honest I don't think one is warranted. Have them fix the damage and maybe give you some extra cash since the car also depreciated from that crash. That's about all you can ask for.
It can't be fixed? The honda paint sucks anyway, there are a ton of shops that probably would make that car look BETTER then it orgionally did. Again this is all assuming the frame is not damaged (and even then, a good shop can make a damaged frame more straight then it came from the factory....)
Lets be reasonable, a new car is not coming out of this and honestly shouldn't as they would be throwing away a perfectly fine car aside from what looks like some cosmetic damage.
