It's lawyer time. I know here at Bemis Honda the techs don't take out the RWD cars for "drives" in crappy weather.

You game them a car w/ a clean accident history, and it no longer has that, so from that stand point, the car is now worth a lot less money. I would demand that they buy the car from you at RETAIL PRICE. (Not trade in value, etc.)

At least speak to a lawyer and threaten to sue them over a damaged car, reckless mechanics, etc. They would probably realize they'd lose a lot more money going to court than just settling with you.
