As long as the frame is not damaged, your not going to get a new car and to be honest I don't think one is warranted. Have them fix the damage and maybe give you some extra cash since the car also depreciated from that crash. That's about all you can ask for.
It can't be fixed? The honda paint sucks anyway, there are a ton of shops that probably would make that car look BETTER then it orgionally did. Again this is all assuming the frame is not damaged (and even then, a good shop can make a damaged frame more straight then it came from the factory....)
Lets be reasonable, a new car is not coming out of this and honestly shouldn't as they would be throwing away a perfectly fine car aside from what looks like some cosmetic damage.

Nick....what dealership is this? Name it, if you don't want to name it, please PM me the name. If the dealership is in Crystal Lake, I've had my own run ins with them, and have had a case with them in the past.
I personally wouldn't take the car back . They either need to get the car fixed at a bodyshop and a dealership of your choice AND give you depreciated value. Otherwise, they should buy the car from you for your purchase price.
As for as trying to get a new car from them, I'd try it...shoot for the stars; if you hit the sun, then you still got something of value.

So, are they expecting you to mount a set of rain tires for service when it rain??

what a bunch of crooks, if the condition is bad and the tire are not meant to be driven safely, i wonder why they still drive it.
they are just looking for every last excuse, don'tbother finger fwak with the dealer, go straight to honda corp and deal with their bosses.
