I've been looking at coilovers but havent been close to making any choices. Heard many different opinions but havent been "sold". Post up your set-up and sell me

 

You're choosing coilovers based on how they look? I would think performance might be the first priority - in that case, it probably better to ask in a tuning section after you specified your budget and usage. It seems like you're just going to get a lot of pictures of lowered cars...

 

 

Yeah you're not going to get much for results here. Coilovers are height adjustable, so from a looks standpoint, Ebay coilovers could be made to "look" better than high quality stuff.


I will say this. Every single input you give your car is transfered through the cars suspension. Every single thing your car does is related to how your suspension performs. If there's any area you shouldn't skimp out on, it's suspension. You may not need super high dollar multi adjustable coilovers, but at least buy a high quality simple coilover.

I have KW V3s and love them. I'd have no problem with someone running V2s or even V1s though.

Don't cheap out here....
