My question is regarding lug's.

Extended or regular???

go with the regular ones. I was in the same boat and I had both the extended/short versions on the rims. The extended stuck out too far. It was decent on my rear set up (running +38) but looked retarded in the front (+45)

 

No way I love the look of the long lugs stick out like that on the 17x9+45, my neo chros look so sexy.

But seriously if you go short you will hate it one the fron 17x8+45. Short lugs sit inside of the wheel sompletely and you dont have shit to grab ahold of and have to use a socket to thread it most of the way. If you can afford to sets of lugs you can buy long lugs for the front and short lugs for the rear and they will actually look the same once mounted up
