DO you have to sand the floor like that everytime? I want to do this to my garage but I definitely dont have the meens to prep the floor like you did.

The Rustoleum kit can be had on Amazon or Home Depot. It runs about $110 for the 500SF kit. This does NOT include the anti-skid additive or the topcoat. The topcoat I used is a commercial application like youll find used in grocery stores, warehouses, etc. Check into epoxy floor coating suppliers and see if you can buy a urethane clear coat from them. Just a heads up, it ain't cheap. Probably run ya another $150-200.

You dont HAVE to, it's just the BEST way to prep the floor.

I got about $500 in my teal floor with real stone mica chips and clear. There are additives you can mix with the base to give it a non-slip texture, mine was built in to the clear.
