please paint the center on the ss black to go along with the cf hood cf top and ss rear

I know it's his car and his money, but he posted the pics to get some input. If someone says he finds it overpriced, it does not mean he can not affort it or he is hating. I had an 280USD V2 intake even though I could get the Mugen any day, it's just there are people outside that do not go to shows and do not try to collect the JDM-baller-points. Let's be honest, how much more HP or throttle response can you get from this tumor compared to a V2? I bet 90% of us would rather spend one more grand on a Vortech and feel the difference, right? What makes this tumor really cost 3grand? Any special material has been used?Gold plated from the inside for better flow? Hand made against order? But I'm sure the judges will give some extra "rare JDM part" points.....I would rather keep my V2 and give 2300USD for charity!

Sorry, the only judge will be me, myself, and I. I don't do shows. If this part was offered by Comptech or AEM for the same price, I would still buy it. My expectations of this part differs than >99% of others. Again, this goes back to the compromise issues and this intake fits the bill for me.

What is your bill? JDM bling, more HP or 0.05% better throttle response on the way to McDonald's?Now seriously, for what the fcuk did you get that tumor? I would LOVE to know what makes people spend 75% the cost of a Vortech supercharger on a bling intake that the company producing it does not even use on their own time attach car...don't take this as hating, I woudl REALLY LIKE TO KNOW

 

Why buy a $33K S2000 when you can take the bus to get from point A to point B for $2? Why buy a $500K house when you can live under a box in the street for free? Why buy a $2K Omega timepiece when you can tell time with a $10 Timex? Why buy a $3K ASM intake when you can buy a $250 AEM intake? The same reason why many of us spend $ on random things... because we can and we want to.

Now why the **** do you care so much? Again, jealously raises its ugly head.
