Jealousy, . I don't care that "he" spent 3K, like I said mad props if he can afford it, all I did was give my opinion after giving him a compliment. If you cannot understand this then I could see why you would get sour about it, and lose cool. I don't see what me knowing about how to make an intake out of carbon fiber has to do with anything. I'm sure it's nothing short of an easy task, and part of that is what goes into the price, no doubt. Hater?, I think not. Function is more important, you of all people should know that an intake is an intake. They all are built with the same function in mind. Do you really believe that asm took the record for tsukuba because of there intake being different from other companies? Please grow out of this "JDM" phase you seem to be stuck in. Now why didn't asm, J's racing, amuse make these intakes that apparently are nothing more then "long metal pipe with a filter on it?" I'll answer it for you. They make these intakes ou of carbon, kevlar, etc, with these designs that basically look close to stock with an added air scoop because they know that there will be people who will buy then so they can make there fortunes. Plain and simple, they do not make these for there function or because there's works better then others. They make then for the consumer's, and hell the more money they get for there "JDM" pieces the better it is for them. So please keep the jealousy and hater comment to yourself, unless ou really have worth saying rather then just throw attacks at people who are only giving there opinion.

Again the intake looks amazing, hope it works well for you.

This type of "you coulda/shoulda/woulda" posting is asinine.

If there was ONE clear cut solution to anything, we'd all have it. If it was ONLY about speed and what you can save, everyone would have a Fox body mustang barely idling sitting on its mickey thompson cheater slicks. But everyone has an opinion and it happens in all walks of life so whatever. Regardless, there is still a thing called tact.
, but I don't believe I was out of line. If I gave my opinion in a way that was hurtfull, or looked like an attack then I apalogize.

Nice JDM Bling Bling...

As far as dyno an intake, it kinda pointless unless you drive with your hood open and a fan in front.

That's a sweet intake, good taste
I hope you will be able to close your hood, that snorkel section
looks thicker than my Spoon snorkel, and my snorkel scuffs a little from
the hood. Anyway, great intake and good luck with the install.
