Dan, I believe they grouped the sponsored/booth vehicles together, but could be wrong. I know one of the Team Emotion guys got an award and all their cars were used by vendors.
That isnt true. There were two RSXs that were featured vehicles and there might have been more. I felt that the judging this year was awesome. It was a different company than we had used before. We had a great group working for us and feel everything went very smoothly.

BTW...I thought the white s2k was very nice. It was not complete, but definitely had a few nice parts. Not to mention, the owner and her boyfriend were real cool people.

Glad to hear the judging scheme changed for this year. As we all remember that was a big sticking point last year.

No shit. You looked like either you were going to cry or you were a deer caught in headlights when you were on the side of the stage.

You'd cry, too, if you had a chance to snuggle up to those two blondies and it was taken away from you 'cause you didn't have a piece of paper.

Yes, I am the owner of the Bridgestone 99 Prelude Turbo.

That car was dyno'd at 239whp.

Not bad for an auto tranny huh.

This car has been featured in 3 different magazines - PASMAG, Banzai Magazine, and HCI Magazine (July 2005 Issue), and was a Bridgestone Booth vehicle at SEMA 2003, and at SEMA IAS 2004.

It was also a Bridgestone booth vehicle at the Formla 1 Grand Prix at Montreal last year (Grand Prix du Canada).

Hey rsquadron, can you clarify something for me. Are you the director for Team Bridgestone, in Toronto, in all of Canada, or everywhere?

Btw, 307whp on a tuned vortech supercharger really isn't anything to write home about. Do a search on this forum, that's pretty much stock vortech numbers.

But, good luck to you and your girl on your car, post pics along the way.
Yes, I am the Director for Team Bridgestone in Canada ONLY.

Not everywhere.

As far as I know, our program is ONLY in Canada.

I do NOT work for Bridgestone, but simply serve as a consultant that operates this program.

I agree, that 307whp is not anything to write home about, but this is still a street car, and has not been tuned for track use yet.

We will be installing the 9 lb pulley this year, and will be working with Vortech on getting bigger power out of this vehicle.

Thanks for the kind words. She will post up pics as the car gets more work done.

i think i met you at shinzo's once
ive met a few of you guys, and you seem like alright guys
and all have really really nice cars
but not to burst your bubble
r-squadron does not have the best reputation

for example:
that blue 240 was recently sold and the new owner cant register it because it wont pass saftey due to the "hack" job that was done to it in the first place

...that just what ive heard, i dont know the whole story, but its just an example of what im talking about
(im not trying to argue with you or look for you to give an explanation to this)

and imho i would take xplosivs car over f20c anyday of the week
ive seen both in person and i think richs has a much better overall package

oh and another thing while im on the subject, what was up with f20c 's article in pasmag, it had stuff written in the article that wasnt even on the car???? was that r-squadron or pasmags doing?
