dipped my mirrors and lip....might do a hardtop too to match opinions?

I think it would look better if you did the mirror bases too. The shape of the mirror itself looks odd to only have that plasti dipped

i was thinking that...from the side the mirrors line up perfectly with the hardtop for a panda? kinda look. might have to photoshop your idea though

Reading this thread got me really interested in doing my v2's in gunmetal, however I want it a glossy gunmetal. Has anyone done this? Or can it not be done?

I did a quick photoshop to see how it'll look. I think it looks pretty good, what do you guys think? I'm not sure if it'll look like this with Plasti Dip though cause I haven't seen a lot of cars using the gunmetal spray.

I've seen the gunmetal plastidip and I think its looks really nice with a gloss finish. Dip your car has a couple videos on youtube about the gunmetal plastidip w/ gloss on rims, if you want to see what it would look like sprayed. I plastidipped my v2's and it looked prettyy goood

I bought the glossifier they offer and added it to one of my rims vs the others having clear coat and wasn't that much glossy lol , this was on white so not sure if on darker colors it makes more of a difference
