Plasti Dip is awesome
Guess it's about time for an update!
I plasti-dipped my emblems back in April and have not had to re-do them yet
I've washed the car multiple times and it still looks amazing. I actually just started doing my daily too, I got a new bumper and lip and am slowly plasti-dipping the whole car
It needs more coats right now, but you get the idea...
I was dealing with this:

Fixed the hood:

New bumper, new lip, new grille, same old nasty fogs (for now):

^ oh yeah, and I finally did get the wheels I wanted

You buy the oem black ones. I've had this plastidip on my emblems since the original thread was started I still haven't had any issues. I wash my car once a week at a self serve wash place with a pressure washer unless you physically start to peel/pick at the plastidip it doesn't come off/chip off. I thought for sure the front emblem would never look good because of rock chips but rocks don't hurt the plastidip just the rest of my paint.
I'm at 11 months now with these emblems and they are still looking fresh as day 1!! I took her to the car wash today for the first time ever (usually wash at home) and the plasti dip had no issues at all with the sprayer...
Maybe I'll take my Civic down soon and wash that as well, I haven't washed it since I plasti dipped the front end back in OCtober, LOL!!
