I know that it's pretty easy to duplicate a gloss finsih, but would it be possible to duplicate a matte finish like the Volk Ti Silver?

Yes, they have powder additives that will dull the finish. Basically, you would have a silver basecoat, and a dull clearcoat....the result should be pretty close to the above picture.

quick question about this, if you wanted to do a two-tone power coat (e.g. lip on wheels) would you do both colours then bake? or would you do it one at a time?
