Clean install now its time to hard wire the radar detector
Totally Agree! When I fit the LCD into the dash I'll be removing it then and hardwiring it in so that ugly ass wire isn't there. Should have it done in a few weeks. Will post pics then.

I was also concerned with this but took the chance and it's really been much better then I expected... I dont even notice a differnce on the road course the 3 times I've taken it out since I've had this done. Granted I'm no professional driver or anything but it still handles to me like the day I bought her. The steel I used for the pans in the floor was stronger steel then that of the car so that I'm sure helped negate some of the loss down there... My concern was the kick panels where I needed to remove some reinforced metal there... but like I've said I've noticed no change. Now granted I'm sure body rigidity was lost... I mean it had to be... I'm just saying it's not noticeable to me surprisingly ... even on the track. I have recently considered getting an inner fender brace to attempt to correct the rigity I have lost on the side... again not so much because I feel like the cars a snake now or anything... just cause like you I know ... Rigidity HAD to be lost lol... even though i don't feel it. So I'd like to try to get some of it back.
Well... Cusco makes a nice bars to stiffen the body - if you could place some under it would help I guess. The problem you may have after some time is that the car will start to make noises - try puting your finger between the dash and door panel when cornering - when you'll fell it moving significantly you may have a rigidity problem.

Nice enclosure under the seat. I use to do installs with woofer boxes like this and we would always spray the underside of the box with undercoating. You can pick up a can at Pep Boys for cheap, and it will help the metal from rusting from the underside.

Great looking install love how everything looks OEM

Nice website bro documenting your work...

Quick Q, where did you get those Logic visor decals? I would love to get my hands on a set since those warning labels are ugly!

I used to sell them and still have a few laying around here. I have... 6 White with Black letters and 3 with Chrome with Black letters left. PM me if interested in price and such as I don't want to interfere with forum policies. And before any more people ask... no... I don't have anymore VAFC radio doors.
