rear mounted radiator?
So this idea just came to me when I was sitting on the net just looking at things.
No it is not going to be a track car, it is my daily driver and have no plans on tracking it.
Let me know what you think. Nothing to special I just thought why not do it. I have future plans on the madness.
The beginning.

I am skipping a ton but here is the idea.

Then to make it flow all the way.

Cleaned up and finished the back view of it.

I will update a full DIY once I organize all the 300 of so pictures I took during the process.

Looking at it from a pure "function" standpoint:
Won't the incoming air right by the exaust be much warmer to begin with?
And are you're gaining some huge aerodynamic advantage by blocking the front bumper opening?
Lastly, I wonder what the aero difference in the back would do to your rear traction at highway speeds (or at higher track speeds)...
From a pure "aesthetics" standpoint:
I honestly think it looks pretty nice.

Uhhhmmm....What?
What is the radiator doing in the rear that it couldnt do in the front?
What is the radiator doing in the rear that it couldnt do in the front?
the engine is now getting ambient temp air blown on it instead of heated air from the radiator.
but...
this puts more weight in the rear, less weight in the front, and more weight all around for plumbing and extra coolant.
this with a really light exhaust might keep the weight distribution perfect while providing better cooling...?? maybe
is the stock water pump able to circulate that much extra plumbing?
