who are you all ordering your rota's through? are they helpfull with offsets?
I ordered mine from Racing Labs. And yes, they were extremely helpful. They're also one of S2KI's paid sponsors, which is one of the reasons I ordered from them.

No. There were a total of four boxes. And the figure of "57lbs." was UPS's billed shipping weight - the total weight.
I still don't believe an 18in rota weighs 13 lbs until I see it on a scale. Even the stock 16's on AP1's weigh more than that. I don't think you know how light a 13 lb wheel really is, especially in an 18.

WOW you're a douche

Ok I am not a fan of Rotas but I am not here to bash on them, if they look good and it fits your budget then
If they work then that all that matters to most people, especially if you're daily driven the car there is no point in messing up some baller rims on everyday potholes.

I guess my Enkeis are POS to cuz they dont cost $2000
rotas are good wheels i had some on my 240 and i daily and drifted on them no problems!!!

They don't. Rota D2's in 18" weigh about 25+ lbs each. Your UPS weight was either half the weight or a mistake. My Volks weighed 15lbs each front and 16lbs each rear. My Rota Boosts feel like about 20lbs each and I know they are lighter than the D2's by quite a bit. The Rota 3 piece "look" wheels are pretty heavy.

All right. But it really isn't all that complicated. For UPS's shipping statement clearly states that the total shipping weight was "57lbs." Perhaps it was in error but, considering the fact that UPS's system is very much automated, I highly doubt it.
But I'll tell you what, the next time I see a Rota D2 within Palmdale, California's Eastside Muffler, I will ask to borrow it for half-an-hour or so. At which point I will take it to the meat department where I am employed and proceed to weigh it on one of our many digital scales (the accuracy of which is verified and certified every six months by the Los Angeles County Department of Weights and Measures.) A'ight?

Late.

x2 D2s are some tank ass wheels lol

The lightest 17" wheel that is cast that I can think of is Enkei RPF1s which mine are
17x8 15.2lbs
17x9 15.9lbs or somewhat close to that I cant remember the exact number but they were basically 15 front and 16 rear

hey if you ask me. rota copying other designs is good production and marketing reasearch. they're a company who's goal is to make money. so why not sell something thats high in demand but at half the cost. a lot of other companies in differnent markets do the exact same thing as far as their products go

oh and have you ever cheated on a test. or in anything for that matter in order to better yourself? cause if you have. you shouldn't be doggn on a company thats doing the same.not that theyre cheating. but you know

who knows maybe when they get bigger they can afford to produce "new rota exclusive designs"

not hating on anyones opinions. just stating my own
