You can only do so much with a mesh design and you can only do so much with a 5 spoke 3 pc design... Everything is a replica of everything.. Who cares.
this is a good point.

i really don't understand what all the fuss is about. everyone has different priorities. this guy decided that $500 per wheel wasn't where he wanted to spend his money, so he bought a nice looking set of wheels for less than half that. we don't know his story and we don't need to. i guarantee that a bunch of you guys that talk bad about 'knock-offs' are living in your parents house or an apartment, but have 20k sunk in your car. thats not where i would spend my money, but we all make our own choices. let the guy enjoy his car how he wants to.

they fit well enough and look great. he's not trying to pass them off as something they're not and just wanted to show them to people, since there has been a lot of talk about rota's fitting and not fitting and this and that.

its not the lighting that does that. its shitty offsets?
here's an idea: find out what "offset" means, THEN try using it in a sentence

I would like to take the time to respond to some of the critics out there. I would like to say this is a "public" car forum on the "internet". I didn't say anything to any body, I just stated that I don

How are LMs totally different? Same style... just like the SP1 is the same style as the S1

Why are SP1s the same as S1 3pc? The faces are different, the bolts are in different places...

I don't get it?
omfg u put enough effort into going against everything i say? i speak w/ work japan people on a regular basis..

and those wheels were developed after the fact of work wheels..

the reason the Sp1 has the face mounted to the front rather than the back is to make the wheels cheaper to make.

if you feel the need to post "against" mine again ill give u the japan # and u can call them and get their point of view.

i swear people on this forum. all i said was its a replica of a replica and that if hes happy with them so be it.. just dont misrepresent them as something their not.

and as far as the other guy saying people who buy expensive stuff swander their $ and live at home and etc.. maybe some do. but not all.. nicer parts have more demand and better resale % wise. thats why i buy nice.

im done with this thread..

Hey man glad to see you got those wheels, been waiting to see them on the S. I have rotas too, and love them. They are great wheels, who cares if they are knock offs, enjoy them, look great.

You should've ran a 40/ series tire up front. It'll full up the gap a little bit and level out the car. Good stuff though.
