barely had my s2000 for 2 months and i went from this...

Basically what happened was i was driving straight on a road by a plaza and a person coming the opposide way tried making a left into the plaza not know i was 10ft away from him going 50mph (i veered left to tried to avoid him but failed). His insurance is covering everything and i hope to get a new s2k asap. oh yeah his excuse was my car was too low and the bushes in the median were too high so he didnt see me coming.

 

keep the hardtop.

buy your s back from insurance

honestly the best thing to do in these situations is just hit the guy... my buddy got f@#ked over in a similar situation. The idiot made a left turn when he was 10 feet away going 70 km/h and he swerved left to avoid him smashed the median... the guy bounced and no witnesses in sight. Oh what i would do if i caught that guy.
