Got some new goodies over these past few days.

Hankook Ventus V12s. 235/45/17 Front, 255/40/17 Rears. Wheels should have been gotten clear coated by now, per body shop's saying.

And got the OEM Premium Floor mats, that are absolutely amazing. Top Notch quality. Almost ordered a red set from Germany, but luckily found these locally.

Car was sanded down, its 2am right now so I am assuming today after I left, it should have been primered. Secondly, the shop want to paint as it looks right now,(being lazy and going fast), but I asked them to uninstalled the front bumper (lip was going to be uninstalled to fix).

Any other suggestions guys?

@Tony, thanks buddy. Picked it up semi-locally lol. About 5 hour round trip drive. He was parting the car out and returning it to bone stock. Got them for like 360 or something I think. Forgot the exact price.
But that wasn't the only thing I drove for. All and all, just for picking up the parts I wanted, I have driven at least 1000-1200 miles within a week.

@fernando, much appreciated bro.

And process so far!!!! Car is getting painted tomorrow morning. F'ker has still not shaved the bumpers and trunk etc. But he will be shooting the wheels with a bit different paint scheme and a tinted clearcoat over all.

Btw, also came across another rare part. Not for the S, but its an Authentic Mugen Shift knob just made for the last gen Mugen Si. And the only way to get this part/any part for that car from a dealer is that you have to show proof of ownership of that car.

I found the car itself, and got the shift knob used, a lot cheaper than what they usually sell for, IF there are any on sale. No way I'm gonna pay 200 for this shit. The floor mats were enough . But it does have a great feel to it

Went to see the progess on the car today, might be done tomorrow afternoon, but I got some present for you guys.

Very light coat of grey base coat appied between the spokes for added contrast. Then 3 coats of smoked Clear applied top of bare aluminum. (the orignal clear coat was sanded off). Really happy after seeing the results
