@gravesdu-99. Yea unless you have a safe place to park it. I wouldn't really mod an S. those cars get a lot of attention as is. That's the reason I'm considering a regular car.
But also thinking of getting a bike to commute.

Verdict is in 17.5k . Not bad. I suppose I could buy another one for that much. now what to do?
I do love the S but I am older now and honestly I need more space. But happy with the result so far.

this sucks dude, but you need to find the car that hit you, if it did that to you, it messed him up pretty bad too. I know in situations like this you cant ask all of the right questions, but someone had to have seen this....

I would get a 2004-2005 M3 as a replacement. I think they are great cars for the value currently. You probably have to put $3-4K more for a decent condition one.
