I can assure you that at no time did I "hit it", I was gradually excelerating maybe 10 to 15 percent throttle I was still showing 10hg vacuum when the tires broke, I honestly have no idea what happened
I got the damage estimate from the insurance company today, total of about 3600 in parts paint and labor. They did get me an 05 rear bumper so no problem there.
