i'll go ahead and lower my car with these springs and then in the future of suspension should I just go with coilovers since I'm doing autocross about once a month or once every 2 months?..i can't remeber how often it was i just know it wasn't more than 1 time a month.

If you're auto-xing, I would stick with the springs unti lthe OEM shocks give out, and then either get some Koni adjustables to match with the springs, or go full coilover.
