Those of you with J's Type S kit...disappointed.

I believe all the Js Racing Type S kits come like this. The guy that worked on my car told me the Js pieces were very poorly made and fit horrible. Thats just reality with the Type S kit.

Ohh well, they still look good when all is said and done. I personally like the kit.

Unless AJR or Ben can confirm that J's fixed the kit and it fits good now.
I wouldn't really care about inperfections in the appearance, as I'd be painting it regardless, but I don't want to deal with cutting/molding to get it to fit.

Typical J's aero part... my j's halflip fits like ass and so do many others I have talked to. I am not surprised to hear that the Type S kit fits like ass. I wish people would announce this sooner since it would help alot of owners make a better decision.

That really sucks, I feel for you man. If you pay a premium price then you should receive a premium product, that just really blows. BTW, I have no clue what those pictures are suppose to be, it looks like Stevie Wonder took them for you.
yeah i cant make out the pictures either

My Js Type S is going on right now, the front bumper did need quite a bit of modification, but rear bumper and sideskirts slid on without any modding at all

so true. My half lip was a PITA to get on. Luckily the bodyshop that did it was really good and they managed to make it look perfect. But i do share the same sentiments with everyone else. We should get what we pay for.

I'd be happy if all I had to do was sand for inperfections or whatever, but if I bought a $1200+ front bumper I wouldn't be happy at all having to cut it/have to spend more money having a body shop get it to fit.
Of course, it has to be my favorite kit that fits horrible Hopefully J's got wind of this and are making the kits fit better by the time I order mine in a couple of months.
