Ryan,

Worry not! You have your car and the parts at one of the best shops in the Chicagoland area. The owner of the shop is a perfectionist and has had quite a bit of S2000 experience in the past couple of years.

When you go into check up on the progress of your car, make sure you point out and ask about "concern" items. Paul will take the time to address everything either through explanation, or working the issue.

There are a quite a few satisfied S2000 customers of Body Shop of Barrington. Yes, even those that have had some work done with J's Racing products.

When your car's done, give me a call. We'll get some pics taken (and btw, if you're going to still be on some OEM's, I'll lend you a set of MF10's for the pics ).

i may be wrong, but I thought the type S bumper came with a retrim area around the lights, the idea being that you trim it to fit your car specifically. I have heard of a number of people having to do this.

worst pics EVAR!~!
I just took some quick close up pics so I can send it to the vendor where I bought it from...I knew J's didn't fit perfectly and required work...but my piece had too many defects like stress marks, spider webs, poor cf...by the way, the side skirts fits ok, just marks on the fiberglass which needs to be sanded down.

(and btw, if you're going to still be on some OEM's, I'll lend you a set of MF10's for the pics wink.gif).
I'll be tempted to take off after the photo with the rims...lol.

I'm not too concerned because I heard great things about my body shop. I just wished the kit is a better quality for the amount of money I paid...but I still love the kit.

I will update everyone with photos...I promise it will be better quality photos.

There are definitely a lot of bad kits on the market... I've heard and witnessed first hand how terrible some of these kits are such as Extreme Dimensions. I bought a lip from them that I couldn't even give away and ended up throwing it in the trash! No lie!

That truly sucks. I'd be very upset.

I have a feeling so many people let this go just because it's "JDM"
