Default Time Attack AP1 wheels

So I am thinking about selling my car, not sure if I want to for sure or not. So I am just having fun trying some things I have wondered about while owning the car. I have always thought about doing this, and I saw someone else posted a thread last week about it, so I figured I would give it a shot.

The wheels were painted black by the previous owner, and I just repainted them a few weeks ago. Not really into black wheels, but oh well. So I decided to do the 'red pinstripe from Pep Boys = time attack' mod.

I'm not trying to fool people into thinking my wheels are Volks or anything, just wanted to have some fun with a limited amount of money ($10).

I might be painting the wheels back to silver over winter, and yes, I need to wash my car. Calipers will be painted black or silver over winter if I keep the car.

So, let me know what you think! Sorry for the poop cell phone pics. I want to take a nice fall photo shoot one day soon with the dslr.

Do it! I repainted the wheels using the flat black Duplicolor wheel paint (good stuff). The red stripe is a stick on pinstripe from autozone/pep boys. It will probably fall off in a few months, but oh well.

In my opinion, it looks weird 'cause the wheel is too small. They only look decent on bigger wheels, but they're getting played out anyway

Unfortunately, being a poor college student, I don't have the cash for another set of wheels. I'm gonna leave the red for a bit, just to change things up a bit.
