My kit is pretty much available. We have two devices that we are or will be messing with to control timing. You will be able to run at least 6 psi on pump gas, hopefully more. If not more, then you can a little race gas and bump up the boost. I have, on a couple of occassions, run 8 psi on the street and all I can say is WOW!

The thing that I worry about in regards to the turbo kit is, the quality of the turbo manifold. Derryck, Im not saying that your kit looks like something that is not quality.

What Im asking is what is the expected life of the manifold?

Because Ive seen many custom manifolds crack in short periods of time from the immense heat.

How thick is the steel used? and also Im assuming that the manifold is TIG welded?

Thanks

Those are questions that I don't know the answers to, however, I can assure you that everything in my kit is of very high quality. Speedcraft specializes in custom turbo set ups and my mechanic has been doing this for years now. I would bet both of my testacles that my exhaust manifold will, by far, outlast my car.

damn, here I was thinking I'd make it through the 50,000 miles left on my extended warrenty without voiding it. This sounds too good to pass up.

derryck:
What's an estimate on time/cost for installation?

Whoever buys the first kit and has my mechanic do the install, gets a free install and it should take between 1 and 2 weeks.

Don't tempt me..... I'm a stock market professional for a living and I have to eat.

I'm considering it soon.....

derryck,

Any problems that have not been worked out yet?
