Not really. They're "scavenge" ducts (if they're not faked). Creates a low pressure area at the "slot" to scavenge or extract hot air from the engine compartment.

TVRs are way cool cars. When I was in London, I saw a bunch running around. Tuscan(sp?) model I think.

My favorite car is the TVR Tuscan S. If I could have one car that would be it. I just have a thing for it. No one I know even likes it, but I love it. This thread is right up my alley.
