That's definately the worst install I've ever seen.

I have to agree with you....Sorry about the install, one reason I do all my work myself.

BTW, the fact that they grounded the amp to your trunk floor says a lot since it's actually a trim piece made of some kind of resin plastic and held to the car with plastic clips. This is comical in a sick sort of way...

Sorry man! That install is

I would request damage compensation if I were you. A professional business must be liable for doing something like that.

Good luck cleaning it up.

Dude -
I 'm really feeling your pain. That's awful! Hope you can get some money from them to help you pay for a correct install. Again really sorry!
Your only consolation is when you do get it right, you'll love the s2000 experience all over even more. you can then cruise with much atititude.

that is worst "professional" installation. for mean time, I'd put some paint around the hole to prevent the rust.

good luck.

OMG that's horrible! Sorry to hear about your lousy experience bro...

It's ridiculous how the manager even suggested that your "install" is an example of how a routine customer install is performed.

Lesson to be learned from this: From now on, either do it yourself (usually more preferrable and even more gratifying in the end...believe me) or bring it to a dedicated audio establishment (with REAL professionals on the job).

I strongly urge you to post those pics on other car forums. that install hack job is utterly and inexcusably bad. it is absolutely clear that the person(s) who did that wanted only to get it over with, with zero consideration for doing a quality job.

I live in the DC area also, which Circuit City did this to your car? I want to avoid them at all costs.
