Default Vietnamese suspension

Don't mean to be a post whore.

I've always known that Americans will never match the Europeans and Japanese when it comes to all-round great quality cars. A good friend of mine is a designer for Ford. Another friend is a designer for Mercedes (or Diamler-Chrysler). They both confirm this. American companies excell at high hp V8s and not much else.
Watch this vid. It only takes a minute or two to load.

Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond are biased pricks. Do you honestly think the NSX is going to beat the C6 in the 1/4?

The NSX runs what, mid 13's? The C6 is in the 12's, Hammond's pass was atleast in the 14's.

The Stig also drove the C6 EXTREMLY sloppy. He still clicked off a lap time better than the GT3 but of course it still was just "a big TQ engine slapped on a chariot."

When Clarkson tested the CGT, he LOVED how stiff the clutch was, yet they blast it in the C6.

Top Gear is such a poor quality show, unless it is British or a Ferrari, it is going to get ripped on. Yea, real high quality journalism.

I don't think there is a such thing as an unbiased automotive journalist. That's a reason I stopped reading Automobile magazine. They bashed my car (99 Civic Si) on more than one occasion while every other magazine was giving it great reviews. Then in plain english they wrote that they were admittedly not Honda fans.

I agree that the guy in the vid did not accelerate properly versus those other cars, but there's no faking that tupperware back end on the Vette.

I think they contradict themselves by saying the car has crappy suspension. But yet it handles so well on the road course. ......I think the vette performed very good despite the negative comments..

They didn't say the suspension was crappy...just old tech. I don't see why some folks get so fired up over a couple of guys opinions.

Have they ever tested a viper out there?

They were making fun of the cares suspension. And it handled better than the more expensive sports cars. And I (I'm not speaking for any one else) didn't get fired up over their comments.
