Vinyl Wraps
I'd like to vinyl my whole car berlina black, how much do you think that goes for, i tried looking for some places that do whole car vinyls but i could only find the the places that do small advertisements.
Matte black material is WAY cheaper than having graphics designed/printed/installed, but prices are all over the place. Could be anywhere from about $1,200 to $3,500 (or more), depends on location etc..

Let's not confuse usage of vinyl graphics with a vinyl wrap....
A wrap traditionally encompasses the entire car where as graphics are individual decals. Wraps are also usually blank and "printed" on before applied whereas regular graphics use different colors and shapes to make the design (although sometime they're printed too). This is really a "wrap":

All of the cars pictured here with the exception of the "flames" car and the orange Ap1 (both of which appear to be 'chops to me) are simply vinyl graphics applied to a car and in the case of the Spoon, it is actually *painted* yellow and blue.
The extreme cost behind the graphics on Ben's gold widebody come from the designer of the graphics (MS-R), not necessarily the materials used or the labor to cut / apply them.
I've got a vinyl cutter / plotter myself and do my own graphics for the race car and let me tell you. The amount of time involved in designing, cutting, weeding (removing the negative), and applying graphics is huge for whole car schemes. It takes so much time to do right that I can totally see why shops charge so much for it. It's a PITA
