Default Volks/Amuse headers on!

Spent the afternoon at my friend Dan's (Syncromesh) house, we managed to install my Amuse headers (finally ) and I decided to throw on my CE's. The ASM strut is going to be harder than i thought to install, so I'm gonna just take it someplace and have them tinker with my car and get it on. Oh and we didnt get around to putting the J's on. Still not sure if I want to keep it, will know by this weekend. Anyways, picture time!

Oh and I love how my Amuse r1 turns colors

Is it just me, or is every bend in that exhaust a welded angle joint????

No offense, but that is a really poor way to build an aftermarket exhaust. A mandrel bend would offer alot less restriction and more strength.

The diffusor looks nice, and the exhasut looks cool behind the car, but I would have serious issues with the construction of the exhaust from a performance standpoint. Knowing the cost of most S2K exhausts, that sort fo construction doesnt fly.

I like to put it into 6th gear and see if there is any difference in acceleration between now and when i was pretty much stock, and I'll be honest, it definitely pulls harder in 6th. usually, if Im goin 50, and i push it, it sorta groans and asks me to stop, but now, its a lot more lively. I honestly cant say much cause im a fatass

1. The loss of about 60 lbs (wow the stock exhaust is heavy..wow) between this exhaust and my berk test pipe

2. The actual gains from the exhaust

1 + 2 =

I have yet to put on the header, so hopefully thatll shed some weight and give me a few more ponies.

Overall, I LOVE it!

I think all top of the line exhausts are made this way..? If you think about it, wouldnt bending cause small areas where air is restricted to flow, specifically on the inside of the bend?

The Feels was around 700 + shipping. Forget what it was exactly... It's a pretty piece!

I'll get some better quality pics at the Metro Tech Meet. The exhaust sounds nice, especially when you're matching revs
