trying to find more info on that, but apparently its not photoshopped and its from cacky wheels
17″ CE28 turned into 18″ stepped

i'm with you on this, something seems off. the step lip looks to cheapen the rims but, this is only my opinion after seeing just one pic. need diff angles to make a final verdict. over all cool freakin' stuff none the less.
