i'm not sure how much of an improvement it would be, but if the face was concave, it would help it out. The step lip is just too much though.

So if they cut the original wheel and attach the new lip.. that would take a forged wheel, and make it weaker.

It looks rubbish.

i'm with you on this, something seems off. the step lip looks to cheapen the rims but, this is only my opinion after seeing just one pic. need diff angles to make a final verdict. over all cool freakin' stuff none the less.

I think part of it too is that you have a matte bronze wheel and a chrome lip...the CE needs to be a silver or gloss black IMO. Either way, not a fan.
