Da Happa, I'll buck the tide too, but I tend to go further. Likewise, I apologize for having a radically differing opinion.

I have never found a single thing about the WRX attractive in any way. I know this is a case of "different strokes," but all the body kits and mods won't change the fact that I find the basic form of this car unappealing.

Likewise, a co-worker told me the other day he thought "yellow is just an ugly color for a car... sorry Tim, but it's just ugly." I didn't get offended, because I rather expect extreme reactions to a strong color like that. By the same token, the WRX has an extreme appearance that some will love, and some will hate. My take on the body kit on this car is that it just accentuates the features that I find ugly, making them uglier. I guess if you like the basic shape, the mods might make it seem even more attractive

I have no doubt that I've got the minority view though. After all, I think Ms. Spears' navel ring is unattractive too.

P.S. I'm not much of one to follow the logic of, "Well, even though it's ugly, the performance is strong." I couldn't care less how useful or powerful a Pontiac Aztek is... it's still ugly. Which reminds me, I saw one without dealer plates on it the other day, and almost stopped him to give my condolences.
