I like the "prototype" version of this hood that they originally made where the front vents are completely open like the rear vent. I like the design, but the vents make it look more busy, and it doesn't flow as well with the rest of the front end.

Yep...I agree. Prototype is way nicer. jackie has it on his Sebring here in Calgary.

And it doesnt need a spoon front bumper to pull it off, the hood looks REALLY good with ASM as well actually.

Its the Mastergrade SP hood (spoon replica)

They offer it in 3 options

Full fiberglass
Fiberglass underside/ Carbon Fiber top side (like most CF companies)
Double sided carbon fiber

Mastergrade made a replica of this hood already. Call or e-mail them as its not on their site. Sales@MastergradeMotorsport.com or 562-646-6202

here's what I was quoted:
$1100 shipped Full CF
$900 shipped CFRP
$700 shipped FRP


Here's pictures they sent me too, I was also told it's vacuum bagged (1x1 or 2x2 weave) and comes with a lifetime warranty against fading or yellowing...much better then that cheap Chineese Vis crap.
