I'am in the process of purchasing a Spoon Snorkle and I was wondering if I will need to cut the underside of the hood to make the snorkle fit (so the hood will close)?


Also what are some good prices to pay for the carbon piece??

The place I'm buying them from have been hot sellers so won't be on sale again till Aug 4th!!!! AHHHH mayybe I will buy a lip instead...

you don't have to cut the hood, but you may have to adjust the hood latch a little higher because it does touch the snorkel slightly.

 

The Spoon and its replicas come close but don't actually hit the hood. I didn't even adjust my hood latch until I installed a radiator panel. You can get ebay replicas for $160. $260 for carbon fiber. The real Spoon ones cost $450. Muz also has a gb running now. I have an old CF IDI Spoon replica.
