Sou_fly > Are you the same guy everyone has a prob with cause your an a hole..?

look buddy. im not whinning. the thread is called "What would you do..." not do you think im a $hit head. so keep that part of your reply to yourself. I was looking for some constructive ideas.. i got some. some i deff should have gotten earlier so i could have taken them into consideration.. if you had actually read everything you would see ive never been in an accident before so this is all new to me.. which would be why i started the thread..im happy youve been in 3 million accidents and you know the process as well as the hair on your palm...but YOU keep it movin.

and so all the bases are covered and everyone understands.. i am reluctant to call the cops in on this one becuase my car would not pass smog and its still registred in WA though i live here in SD. not that it really matters since im "on vacation" im just not in a big rush to make that leap and see if i could get in trouble for it. therefore i didnt call the cops that day.

thanks.

let this be a learning experience for you, and charge it to the game. although it wasn't your fault for the collision, the ensuing actions or like there of were your fault. get that shit buffed out and call it a day.

next time, handle your business immediately and do not give someone you don't know the benefit of the doubt. why you thought your insurance would cover that with no deductible on your part is beyond me. at least if you got a police report and that dumbass refused to pay when you confronted him, maybe you could've somehow got his company involved.

i don't feel sorry for you. it's over, quit your whining and keep it moving.
wow.. awesome way to help out. Don't even bother posting if that is all you have to say.

Whether the person who hit you knows it or not ,they were in an accident. And it should be treated like any other accident. The lines dont mean anything, they backed into you. Prob too late now.

the reason why you always want to police involved is they will always be an eye witness. just because you hav a report doestn mean you have to press any charges, you can drop whatever you want. but now this guy is an ass, you should rape him of his hard earned cash...and steal his plates..lol

what? he wanted to know what people would've done. i told him, indirectly, but i told him. my advice may have seemed callous but it's the truth. that's how i feel; if my feelings don't coincide with yours, his, or whomever i could care less. it's just that MY opinion. don't solicit opinions on an open forum and expect everyone to totally sympathize with your situation.

i didn't say anything wrong, thus you need to fallback homeboy.

I'm not your "homeboy" and your post was fine except for the last part which wasn't instigated by anything. So what is the point in being callous to another member?
