i have that same bar...and im pretty sure taht isnt stock lol. Glad to see that they will take care of you. Blame UPS for that one.

while I'm not a big fan of crush-co products, the fault lies squarely with UPS who have been notorious for damage and overall poor shipping. Stick with FedEx...

You can't blame the sponsor for this problem. Its obvious it was UPS not gruppe-s.

Be pissed at UPS and ticked off about their 3-4 week wait time

Can't Gruppe-S just send a replacement/refund if they are such good People? They can get there claim with UPS. While the customer gets his product/refund.

I'll be alittle pissed if I waited 3 weeks.
