If Gruppe-S did not buy insurance for the product through UPS, then the most he can claim against UPS is $100. Chances are UPS will deny that claim as well. UPS claims usually take 1-2 weeks. It is difficult to win a claim. 3 weeks is a bit much, I would contact Gruppe-S again. Hope it all works out well for you!

Damn man that sucks, I feel for you tho, you would think a new one would have been in by now. I've been waiting for over 2 months now for a Spoon oil catch can with airfreight shipping haha. Lets see who's part comes in first.
